The Scope Of This Tender Consists Of The Following Supplies/Services: • Supplying Managed Dark Fiber Glass Sheet Connections For The Locations Mentioned In Paragraph 3.1.2. Of This Invitation To Tender; • Delivery Of Required Hardware; • Management And Maintenance. The Tenderer Supplies Managed Dark Fiber Fiber Optic Connections In Accordance With The Overview In Annex Xi (Internet) Connections Tab Lot 1 (New Connections). Please Note 1. A Number Of Locations Still Have An Ongoing Agreement With A Longer Term And Must Therefore Be Included In The Agreement On The Dates Mentioned In Annex Xi (Internet) Connections Under The New Connections Tab. 2. During The Term Of The Agreement, The Number Of Locations May Fluctuate Up Or Down Depending On (Educational) Developments. 3. During The Term Of The Agreement, Locations May Move, Be Divested Or Added To The Contracting Authority. In Such A Case, The Contracting Authority, In Consultation With The Tenderer, Wishes To Relocate, Deregister And/Or Add Any Existing Managed Dark Fiber Fiber Connections To The Agreement. Optionally, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Be Able To Purchase The Following Supplies/Services From The Tenderer: • Lighting Managed Dark Fiber Fiber Optic Connections; • Offer Internet Service For Managed Dark Fiber Fiber Optic Connections. Purpose And Duration Through This Tender, The Contracting Authority Aims To Select And Contract One (1) Tenderer For The Supply Of The Data Lines For An Initial Period Of Ten (10) Years. The Contracting Authority Has A Unilateral, Optional Extension Option Of Ten (10) Times One (1) Year. Scope This Contract Is Divided Into Lots: Lot 1: Managed Dark Fiber Fiber Optic Connections. Lot 2: Other Internet Facilities. Registration For Part Of The Plot Is Not Permitted And Will Lead To Exclusion From Further Participation In The Tender Procedure. The Current Assignment In This Tender Represents A Total Estimated Assignment Value Of Approximately € 2,000,000.00 Excluding Vat Over A Period Of Ten (10) Years. The Contract Value Is Indicative And Based On A Term Of Ten (10) Years. There Is A Margin Of Uncertainty With Regard To The Purchase And Costs For The Managed Dark Fiber Fiber Optic Connections, Which Cannot Be Quantified And For This Reason The Agreement Is Concluded For A Maximum Value Of € 4,000,000.00 Excluding Vat. Please Note: • The One-Off Costs May Not Exceed Ten (10) Percent Of The Total Estimated Order Value; • The Total Estimated Order Value Is Not A Price Ceiling. If The Total Costs Of The Tenderer In Annex Iii Price Sheet Are Higher Than The Total Estimated Contract Value, The Tenderer May Calculate Ten (10) Percent In One-Off Costs On This Amount.
