In The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Ordinance On The Essential Requirements For Construction And Assessing The Compliance Of Construction Products And All Legal And By-Laws In The Field Of Design, Construction And Commissioning Of Buildings In The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Performance Of The Service Includes: Lawful Start Of Construction According To Art. 157 Of The Zut, Including Giving A Construction Line, Preparing And Registering The Order Book And Notifying All Specialized Control Bodies; Completeness And Correct Compilation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; Acceptance Of Smr In Accordance With The Requirements Of Pipsmr, Bds And Other Current Normative Documents; Control Of Compliance With The Requirements Of Approved Investment Projects And Technical Specifications In Accordance With Art. 169 Of The Zut; Control Of Compliance With The Conditions For Labor Safety And Fire Safety; Avoiding Damage To Third Parties And Property As A Result Of The Construction; Control Of Materials And Equipment In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordinance On Essential Requirements And Assessing The Conformity Of Construction Products; Checking And Signing All Acts And Protocols During Construction, Necessary For The Assessment Of The Constructions, According To The Safety Requirements And Their Legal Implementation, According To Zut And Ordinance No. 3 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction; Control Of Energy Efficiency Measures In The Implementation Of The Project In Accordance With The Law On Energy Efficiency And Its Regulations; Control Of Environmental Protection And Waste Management In Accordance With The Environmental Protection Act, The Waste Management Act And Their Regulations; Discussing With The Builder And Designer The Problems That Have Arisen In Connection With The Construction Activities And Informing The Contracting Authority And Dnsk Of Any Violation Of Construction Regulations; Assisting The Parties With Instructions Regarding The Implementation Of Regulatory Documents In Bulgaria And The Lawful Execution Of Construction; Checking And Signing Together With The Designer And The Builder Of The Prepared Executive Documentation And Its Presentation To The Relevant Authorities According To Art. 175 Of The Zut; Submission Of The Executive Documentation For Indefinite Storage To The Body That Issued The Construction Permit And To The Cadastre Agency In The Necessary Volume; Compilation Of A Statement Of Findings, After Completion Of The Construction And Assembly Works, Jointly With The Contracting Party And The Builder, Certifying That The Construction Was Carried Out In Accordance With The Approved Projects, The Certified Executive Documentation, The Requirements For The Construction And The Conditions Of The Concluded Contract; Assistance Of The Contractor, After The Completion Of The Construction And Assembly Works And Completion Of The Acceptance Tests, To Make (P
