The Municipality Of Neuhausen/Spree Is Striving To Introduce An Integrative Bvlos (Beyond Visual Line Of Sight) Operation Within A Radius Of 10 Km At The Cottbus Neuhausen Airfield (Edap) In Accordance With The Commissions Eu Implementing Regulation (Eu) 2021/664 Of April 22, 2021 On A Legal Framework For The U-Space (Unmanned Traffic Management System). This Requires The Development Of A Comprehensive Operating Concept That Covers The Technical, Organizational And Safety-Related Aspects And Meets The Requirements Of The Aforementioned Regulation And The Standards Of The Federal Aviation Authority. The Aim Of This Tender Is To Find A Qualified Provider Who Is Able To Create An Approvable Integrated Operating Concept For Bvlos Operations (U-Space) Within A 10 Km Radius Of The Cottbus Neuhausen Airfield (Edap).
