The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Laboratory Consumables For The Needs Of A Clinical Laboratory At Psagbal Sveta Sofia Ead For 21 Separate Items, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification And The Announcement To The Public Procurement. Each Participant Can Participate, Both For One, And For More Or All Of The Individual Positions. It Is Not Allowed To Participate In Separate Nomenclatures Included In The Separate Positions. The Contract For The Execution Of The Order Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Signing By Both Parties, And Is Valid For Twelve Months. The Contractor Of The Public Order Is Obliged To Deliver Laboratory Reagents And Consumables To The Hospital Pharmacy Within Five Days Of Receiving A Written Request From The Contracting Party, And In The Case Of An Urgent Need To Deliver Small Quantities - Within The Next Working Day. Payment For The Delivered Goods Will Be Deferred Within 60 /Sixty/ Calendar Days After The Delivery And Presentation Of The Acceptance-Handover Protocol And Invoice.
