Tenders Are Invited For Elimination Of Transport Barriers In The Special Educational And Educational Center (Hereinafter Referred To As Sosw) In Szymanów Through The Purchase Of A 20-Passenger Bus Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Elimination Of Transport Barriers In The Special Educational And Educational Center (Hereinafter Referred To As Sosw) In Szymanów By Purchasing A 20-Passenger Bus Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People, In Accordance With The Technical Parameters And Other Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Constituting The Annex. No. 4 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Draft Agreement (Annex No. 3 To The Swz).2. The Subject Of The Order Is Indivisible For Technical Reasons, I.E. It Constitutes A Single, Indivisible Whole.3. The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes: 1) The Handover Of A Brand New Bus To The Ordering Party Will Take Place At The Headquarters Of The Special Educational Center In Szymanów. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price The Cost Of Delivery Of A Brand New Bus In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz , To The Place Of Collection Indicated In Point 1.3), The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price The Cost Of Marking The Bus In Accordance With Road Traffic Regulations And The Requirements Of The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfron), In Particular The Cost Of Covering The Car With Emblems Informing About The Transport Of Disabled Persons And The Cost Of Equipping The Car With Roof Warning Indicators. 4) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For: A) Electrical, Electronic Assemblies And Mechanisms (Including The Running Gear, Drivetrain And Suspension) For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months; B) Paint Durability For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months; C) Perforation Of The Body Sheets In A Period Of Not Less Than 60 Months, Counting From The Date Of The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Of The Bus By The Ordering Party. 5) Along With Handing Over The Bus, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party: A) An Extract From The Current Ec Type-Approval Certificate Obtained For The Offered Vehicle Vehicle, Its Equipment Or Parts, Including A Manual Ramp With Actuators Mounted At The Rear Of The Vehicle For Entering Wheelchairs, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1047, As Amended) And Implementing Acts To This Act, B) Service Book, C) Vehicle Operating Manual.6) The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Registering The Vehicle In Accordance With The Factory Approval As A Complete 20-Passenger Motor Vehicle (19 Passenger Seats + Driver ), And Then Changing The Purpose Of The Registered Vehicle To A Car Intended For The Transport Of Disabled People (Extended Technical Inspection After The First Registration), Obtaining Ec Type Approval For A Vehicle Adapted To Transport 2 People In Wheelchairs At The Same Time.7) The Contractor Must Ensure The Provision Of Warranty Service And Post-Warranty Service At A Service Station Authorized By The Bus Manufacturer, Located No Further Than 100 Km From The Seat Of The Car User Indicated In Point 1. 8) The Provisions Of Point 7 Do Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Provide The Ordering Party, If Necessary, With Warranty Service Throughout Poland. 9) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains Any Trademarks, Patent Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor - It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Has Provided A Description With An Indication Of The Type Understood As Minimum Requirements And Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers With Technical, Operational And Utility Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Legal Basis: Art. 99 Section 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law. 10) Equivalent Solutions Referred To In Point 9 Should Be Understood As Solutions With The Same Purpose And Technical, Qualitative And Functional Features Corresponding To The Technical, Qualitative And Functional Features Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Or Better, Marked With Another Trademark, Patent, The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By The Economic Operator. Equivalent Solutions Offered By The Contractor Must Correspond To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of: A) Utility Character (Identity Of Function); B) Safety Parameters Of Use. 11) The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
