The key objective of this procurement is to support our marketing, product, and customer facing teams with a centralised solution to manage our brand assets, marketing and sales content, templates and customer action plans. We expect to use this solution over the next three to five years. The proposed procurement aims to enhance overall efficiency, time and cost savings for the navigation team. It also targets a reduction in errors and inconsistencies in marketing collateral, introducing reporting and analytics for strategic insights. The ultimate goal is an improved presentation of our brand and content, fostering more compelling customer engagement. We have current engagements with Seismic and HubSpot.
