The Ministry of Land Transport and Light Rail is inviting bids from eligible bidders both localand international bidders through the Government eProcurement System for the Procurement for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Traffic Signal Equipment with Pedestrian Countdown Timer 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: TRANSPORT/IFB/2024/322 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System as per key Activity Schedule. 4. To submit bid online on the e-Procurement system, it is mandatory for bidders to use a Digital Signature Certificate for the e-Procurement class which can be procured from MauSign Certification Authority by applying online on the website https: //mausign.govmu.org. Bidders are advised to procure their DSC well before preparing the bids as it may take up to four days to obtain the DSC. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as per key Activity Schedule. 6.
