The Ministry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants opened to local and international Consultants to submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for the Selection of a Consultancy firm to formulate a 5-year Blueprint for the ICT Sector 2. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as per time set on the Key Activity Schedule on the e-Procurement System. 5.
