Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Roof Waterproofing, Repair of Cracks, Painting Works and Remedial Works to Existing Blocks of Apartments at La Caverne (Alpha), Plaine Verte (Malaysian II), Camp Levieux (Alpha), Atlee (Malaysian II) and La Tour Koenig (Alpha). 1. The National Housing Development Co Ltd (NHDC)is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants ofMauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritiusto submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for theConsultancy Services for Roof Waterproofing, Repair of Cracks, Painting Works and Remedial Works to Existing Blocks of Apartments at La Caverne (Alpha), Plaine Verte (Malaysian II), Camp Levieux (Alpha), Atlee (Malaysian II) and La Tour Koenig (Alpha). 2. Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: NHDC/IFB/2024/69 3. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest as per Key Activity Schedule. 4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per Key Activity Schedule. 5. Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder as per Key Activity Schedule.
