Expression of Interest For Pharmaceutical, Medical Consumables And Equipment

Expression of Interest are invited for Pharmaceutical, Medical Consumables and Equipment. Instructions on the preparation and submission of the Application: 1. A detailed description must be provided explaining the capability, experience, knowledge and expertise of the supplier. 2. Prefer to submit all documents in the English Language (and Translated Version of Arabic documents). Any application which does not fully and comprehensively address this Request for Expression of Interest may be rejected. 3. Applications shall be evaluated in accordance with the following criteria; General information including name of the company, address, phone number, email address, name and designation of the contact person. Company profile should include a brief description of the supplier previous experience, number of staff, licenses, certifications, accreditations, printed brochures and product catalogs. List of at least 3 major clients supported by recommendation letters/work orders. Certificate of Registration of the business including Articles of Incorporation, or equivalent document if supplier is not a corporation. License/Permit obtained from the Government of Yemen to operate in the Country. License from the Ministry of Health and/or related practicing license (i.e. Supreme Board of Drugs and Medical Appliances) Quality Certificate (e.g., ISO, etc.) And/or other similar certificates, accreditations, awards and citations received by the supplier (if any). Tax Registration/Payment Certificate issued by the related Tax Authority evidencing that the supplier is updated with its tax payment obligations, or Certificate of Tax exemption if any such privilege is enjoyed by the suppliers. 4. Applications may be modified or withdrawn in writing, prior to the closing time specified in this Request for EOI. Applications shall not be modified or withdrawn after the deadline. 5. The supplier shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the Application and International Medical Corps will not in any case be responsible and liable for the costs incurred. 6. Internal Medical Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any Application and to cancel the procurement process and reject all Applications at any time without thereby incurring any liability to the affected suppliers or any obligation to inform the affected suppliers of the ground for International medical Corpss action. 7. No work proposals and no cost estimates are required at this stage. 9. On the basis of the above information, International Medical Corps shall draw up the shortlist of suppliers.
