The Service Covered By The Concession Constitutes A Local Public Service Of Economic Importance And Concerns The Carrying Out Of The Following Activities: A) The Retail Trade Of Medicinal Specialities, Galenic Products, Healthcare Articles, Perfumery And Herbal Medicine, Dietary And Food Products For Specific Pathologies, Food Supplements And Any Other Good That Can Be Usefully Marketed In The Practice Of The Pharmacy As Well As The Production Of The Same, Compatibly With The Provisions Of The Law; B) The Production Of The Following Services In The Social And Healthcare Sector Such As, By Way Of Example But Not Exclusively: Blood Sampling For Blood Sugar And Cholesterol; Electrocardiogram, Carrying Out Diagnostic Tests, Consultancy For The Health And Well-Being Of The Person, Health Education Activities And Consultancy On The Choice Of Over-The-Counter Medicines; C) The Organization Of At Least Two Days A Year Of Prevention Campaigns Which Must Be Carried Out Free Of Charge On Issues That Will Be Decided In Agreement With The Municipal Administration; D) Home Delivery Of Medicines To Frail And Handicapped Individuals With 100% Disability Residing In The Municipality Of Esperia; E) The Additional Activities Indicated In The Pharmacy Service Charter; F) Keeping The Economic And Financial Accounts Of The Pharmacy; G) The Invoicing And Accounting, Including Electronic Accounting, Of The Prescriptions Sent By The Pharmacy Within The National Health Service And Their Forwarding To The Provider Body And/Or To The Body Required To Pay For The Related Services; H) The Provision Of The Equipment Necessary For The Correct, Functional And Normal Exercise Of The Services Carried Out By The Pharmacy; I) Ordinary Maintenance Of The Pharmacy Premises And Systems; L) Expenses For The Management Of The Premises Of The Municipal Pharmacy; M) Insurance Coverage Of The Pharmacy Premises, Systems And Warehouse; N) The Provision Of Information And Accounting Data Relating To The Budget Forecast, The Half-Yearly Trends And The Detailed Data Of The Concessionaires Annual Final Balance Sheet
