Upon Execution Of The Order, Out-Of-Warranty Subscription Support, Including Technical Service And System Administration Of Ais Imeon, Should Be Performed For The Duration Of The Contract, Which Includes: Troubleshooting And Bringing The Electronic Exchange System In Line With The Requirements Of The Ministry Of Electronic Governance (Meg); Integration With The System For Secure Electronic Delivery; Updating The System In Case Of Changes In The Regulations; Optimization Of The Server Part Of The Application /Database, Services/; Optimization Of The Client Part Of The Application /References, Menus And Functionalities To The Individual Modules/; Migrating The Server Part Of The Application And The Database, If Required; Restoration Of The System In Case Of Technical Problems And Breakdown To Its Full Functionality; Troubleshooting The Application /Bugs/ And Problems With Its Use; Fixing Errors And Problems On Ais Imeon Servers; Providing Data Exchange With Other Applications; Prevention And Ensuring Stability And Speed; Conducting Phone Consultations For Working With The System; Installation Of New Jobs And Training Of Employees; On-Site Visit If Required.
