The Contractor Should Provide A Full Warranty (I.E. For Materials And Labor) For The Subject Matter Covered By The Scope Of The Order For The Period Indicated In The Contractors Offer. The Concept Of Equivalent Materials And Devices Should Be Understood As Materials Guaranteeing The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Design And Ensuring The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance, And Bill Of Quantities. Equivalent Products And Devices Must Be Authorized For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Products And Devices Requiring A Change In Its Decisions Will Have To, As Part Of The Execution Of The Order On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Obtain The Required Decisions Using Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense, While Guaranteeing The Execution Of The Order Within The Time Specified In The Tor.
