The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance And Servicing Services, Including Repairs Of Fire Protection Devices And Systems In Facilities Belonging To The West Pomeranian University Of Technology In Szczecin. 2. The Scope Of Services To Be Performed By The Contractor As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Order Includes In Particular: 1) Once A Calendar Quarter, Checking The Operation Of The Following Control Panels: Fire Protection, Smoke Removal, Sound Warning System, Their Parameters, Primary And Backup Power Supply Systems, Including Replacing Light Bulbs, Fuses, Locks, Windows, 2) Checking The Detection Lines And Cable Insulation Once A Calendar Quarter, Visualizing And Checking Devices And Their Mounting, Checking The Condition Of Junction Boxes, Fixing Broken Cables And Other Installation Elements, Checking And Supplementing Descriptions, 3) Inspection, Maintenance, Operational Activities Of Devices Under Warranty, To The Extent Provided For In Their Technical And Operational Documentation, For Which The User Is Responsible, 4) Checking Once A Calendar Quarter The Operation Of Fire Detectors, Activation Indicators, Acoustic Alarms, Manual Fire Warning Devices /Rop- S/, Actuators Of Smoke Exhaust Flaps, Fire Flaps, Electromagnetic Catches In Fire Doors, Efficiency Of Loudspeakers In Sound Warning System (Vs) Installations, 5) Ongoing Maintenance Of The Above-Mentioned Maintenance Books Stamped With The Contractors Company Seal And Signatures With The Name Stamps Of Service Technicians. Systems (Deposited At The Reception Desks Of The Above-Mentioned Facilities), Making Entries In These Books Specifying All The Above-Mentioned Works. Checking And Repairing Along With Assessing The Technical Condition Of The Systems, 6) Removing All Faults And Irregularities In The Operation Of Devices And Systems Specified In Annex No. 2 Of The Swz, 7) Immediately Informing About The Need To Perform Work Not Covered By The Contract And Affecting The Technical Condition And Efficiency Of The Devices And Systems That Are The Subject Of The Proceedings, As Well As In Cases Where, In The Contractors Opinion, The Defect Is Subject To The Warranty Liability Of The System Guarantor,8) Performance At Least Once A Calendar Year, And Also After A Radiation Incident And Any Other Incident (E.G. Fire, Damage , Temporary Loss Of Possession Of The Source And After Recovery, After Theft, Use Of The Source In A Manner Inconsistent With The Operating Instructions Or By Unauthorized Persons) Dosimetric Measurements Of Isotope Smoke Detectors And Providing The Ordering Party With Protocols From These Measurements,9) Performing Tests At Least Once A Calendar Year And Activities: A) Fogging Isotope Detectors, B) Efficiency Of Optical And Temperature Detectors, C) External Cleaning Of Fire Detectors From Dust, And Providing The Ordering Party With Reports Of These Tests And Activities Performed.3. The Scope (Subject Matter) Of This Order Also Includes Additional Services To Be Performed By The Contractor, Related To The Provision Of Services Related To The Subject Of This Order, In Particular: 1) Obtaining, Purchasing And Delivering The Necessary Materials, Equipment And Tools Or Other Equipment To The Place Of Execution Of The Order. Type Of Equipment To Perform The Services Constituting The Subject Of This Order; 2) Selection, Assignment Of The Subject Of The Order (Services Of The Order Agreement) To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (Services Of The Order Agreement) And Maintaining, Throughout The Period Of Their Implementation, Appropriate Personnel Necessary For Their Proper Performance, People With Appropriate Qualifications And Experience And Professional Skills With An Energy Qualification Certificate From Group 1 Type E (Operation) Issued On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 1, 2022 On Detailed Rules For Confirming Qualifications Of Persons Involved In The Operation Of Devices, Installations And Networks (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2022, Item 1392) Authorizing To Operate Devices And Electrical Installations Up To 1 Kv.4. The Description And Scope Of Services Constituting The Subject Of This Order (As Well As Their Closer Location) Are Specified In The Provisions Of This Section And The Following Documents: 1) Annex No. 2 To The Swz Constituting: List Of Zut Facilities With Fire Protection Devices And Installations Subject To Maintenance And Servicing - Tender Form Part Detailed; 2) Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract In Question Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To This Specification.
