All Candidates Who Meet The Suitability Requirements Are Accepted Into The Dynamic Procurement System. Enrollment In The System Does Not Bind The Candidate. The Candidate Can Choose Which Competitions Organized Within The System To Participate In. Applications For Participation In The Dynamic Procurement System (Dps) Can Be Submitted Throughout Its Duration. The Services Of The Dynamic Procurement System For Recruitment From Abroad Include, For Example, Recruitment Of Groups And Individual Employees, Investigations And Inspections Related To The Suitability Of The Job Seeker And Training In The Country Of Origin, Promotion Of Permit Processes And Travel Arrangements For Employees Recruited From Abroad, Settlement Services, Assistance In Dealing With Authorities And In Everyday Life, Integration Support, Development Of Recruitment From Abroad And Training For The Receiving Work Community. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Appendix Service Description. The Dynamic Procurement System Is Two-Stage. In The First Step, Service Providers Apply To The Procurement System By Submitting A Participation Application. In The Second Phase, The City Of Helsinkis Industries And Businesses Can Acquire Recruitment Services From Abroad Through Internal Tenders Of The Now Established Dynamic Procurement System. This Dynamic Procurement System Is Valid For Four (4) Years 2024-2028.
