Effective Recruitment Of A Student Means Selecting A Candidate For Studies Who Will Be Qualified By The Faculty Recruitment Committee Of The Ordering Party And Who Will Pay The Full Amount Of Tuition Fees In The Required Amount For The First Year Of Studies On Time. 3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Service Provider Undertakes To: 1) Effectively Attract Students, 2) Perform Reliable Verification Of Certified Documentation Of Candidates Submitted In English Or Polish, In Accordance With The Recruitment Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Effective Recruitment Of Students, The Contractor Is Responsible For: Informing The Candidate About The Recruitment Conditions Set By The Faculty Recruitment Committee, Answering Questions Of Potential Candidates, Providing Information And Assistance In Completing The Electronic Application, Sending Information Materials, Checking Applications In Accordance With The Recommendations And Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Completing The Documentation Required Under The Applicable Provisions And Internal Regulations Of The Ordering Party, 3) Presenting Information Provided By The Mub Regarding Admission Criteria For Studies To Candidates, Their Parents And Parties Interested In The Medical Program Proposed By The Mub, As Well As Information Regarding The Accommodation Conditions In Bia ystok, Study Programs, Applicable Textbooks, Forms, Applications, Etc., 4) Providing Detailed Information And Assistance Regarding Obtaining A Student Visa, 5) Providing The University, When Recommending Candidates For Studies, With A Complete Set Of Documents Of All Candidates In Accordance With The Schedule Presented To The Contractor By The Ordering Party Before The Start Of Recruitment, No Later Than August 31 Of Each Academic Year, 6) Take All Necessary Actions In The Field Of Advertising And Promoting The Curriculum In English At Mub In Order To Secure The Agreed Recruitment Of Foreign Students (Maintaining A Website And Placing Information On The University Profile, Specifics Of Medical Studies, Social And Living Expenses, Fees For Studies And Costs Of Living In Poland In Each Year Of The Service), 7) Presenting A Report Once A Year Containing A Description Of The Above-Mentioned Promotional Activities, 8) Informing Students About The Educational Offer, Recruitment Procedures, Study Regulations, Fees Fees For Studies, Accommodation, Social And Living Conditions In Poland And Assistance Provided To Students In Completing The Necessary Formalities
