The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Without The Renewal Of Competition Between The Contracting Authority And One Supplier, On The Basis Of Which Public Contracts For Services Will Be Awarded. The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Be The Creation And Delivery Of Forms On The Software602 Form Filler (Form Flow) Platform Intended For Deployment In The Czech Point Information System, Including Their Integration With The Back-End Part Referred To As The Czech Point Central And Its Modifications , If Adjustments For Communication With External Systems (Iszr And Possibly Others) Are Needed. The Forms Are Intended For The Section Called Czechpoint@Office. The Scope Of The Performance Will Also Include The Delivery Of Documentation Of The Actual Implementation Containing A Detailed Description Of The Solution, A Process Diagram Of Communication Between The Operator, The Client Computer, The Czech Point Headquarters And External Interfaces Such As Iszr And Possibly Other Systems, If Relevant. User Documentation According To The Ais Czech Point Template And Established Practice Will Also Be Delivered.
