The Client Reserves The Right To Award The Following Services In Stages: — Lph 5: Implementation Planning, — Lph 6: Preparation Of The Award, — Lph 7: Participation In The Award, — Lph 8: Property Supervision - Construction Supervision And Documentation, — Lph 9: Property Management . The Assignment Will Be Carried Out In Stages. The Contractor Has No Legal Right To Commission Further Service Phases Or An Overall Commission.
