The Planning Services For The Technical Equipment Of System Groups 1-5 And 7 Are Required In Accordance With Section 53 Hoai For The New Construction Of A Daycare Center In The Piesbach District In The Municipality Of Nalbach (Lph 1-9). This Order Exclusively Covers The Basic Services Of The System Groups 1. Wastewater, Water Or Gas Systems, 2. Heat Supply Systems, 3. Ventilation Systems, 4. Power Systems, 5. Telecommunications Or Information Technology Systems And 7. Usage-Specific Or Process Engineering Systems. The Present Order Covers The Basic Services Of The Aforementioned Planning Services For Technical Equipment In The Following Service Phases: — Lph 1: Basic Determination, — Lph 2: Preliminary Planning, — Lph 3: Draft Planning, — Lph 4: Approval Planning. The Client Reserves The Right To Award The Following Services In Stages: — Lph 5: Implementation Planning, — Lph 6: Preparation Of The Award, — Lph 7: Participation In The Award, — Lph 8: Property Supervision – Construction Supervision And Documentation, — Lph 9: Property Management . The Scope Of Services In The Individual System Groups Is Determined Within The Scope Of The Project. The Assignment Will Be Carried Out In Stages. The Subject Of The Current Negotiation Process Is The Commissioning Of Service Phases 1-4. There Is The Option Of Ordering Further Services From Service Phase 5 Onwards. The Contractor Has No Legal Right To The Transfer Of All Service Phases. Likewise, The Contractor Has No Legal Right To Continue The Order After Service Phases 1-4 Have Been Provided.
