The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Unloading On The Surface Of 3 Pieces Of Brand New Dry Resin Transformers, Hereinafter Referred To As Transformers. 1. The Purchased And Delivered Transformers Should Have The Following Operating Parameters For Each Transformer: A) Rated Power 800 Kvab) Rated Voltage Of The Upper Winding Gn Voltage: 3000 V,C) Rated Voltage Of The Low Voltage Winding Dn: 400/231 V,D) Adjustment Range On The High Voltage Side: ±2X2.5%,E) Short-Circuit Voltage 6%, Permissible Short-Circuit Voltage Tolerance: ±10% ,F) Rated Frequency: 50 Hz,G) Maximum No-Load Losses: 1,170 W,H) Maximum Load Losses: 8,000 W For A Reference Temperature Of 120ºc,I) Connection System: Dyn 5,J) Gn Winding Test Voltage: 7 ,2/20/60,K) Winding Test Voltage Dn: 1.1/3,L) Environmental Class: E2,M) Climatic Class: C2,N) Fire Resistance Class: F1.O) Each Transformer Should Be Adapted To Work In A Temperate Climate, At An Ambient Temperature From -25 Oc To +45 Oc.2. Each Of The Delivered Transformers Should Be: A) Made Using Vacuum Casting Technology Or Resibloc Roving Technology, B) Adapted For Continuous Operation Indoors With Natural Air Cooling Type An, C) With Insulation Made Of Flame-Retardant And Self-Extinguishing Materials In The Non-Flammability Class Lower Than F1, D) With An Insulation System That Guarantees The Maximum Permanently Permissible Operating Temperature Not Lower Than 155º C And The Maximum Temperature Increase Of The Windings For An Ambient Temperature Of 40º C, Maximum 100º C (Insulation Class Not Lower Than F On The Secondary Side Of The Transformer, And Not Lower Than F On The Primary Side Of The Transformer).E) Equipped With Low Voltage Outgoing Busbars, Connected To Ceramic Or Composite Post Insulators,F) Equipped With 4 Pt100 Temperature Sensors To Control The Temperature Of The Transformer Windings And Core, And A Thermal Protection Control Unit For Each Transformerg) With The Maximum Acoustic Power Level Lwa Corrected By The A Frequency Response, Which May Not Exceed 60 Db. The Results Of The Acoustic Power Level Measurement Should Be Included In The Test Report Of Each Transformer, H) Equipped With Appropriately Matched Al-Cu Spacers For Connecting Copper Busbars Or Copper Cable Ends,3. Additional Requirements Regarding The Manufacture Of Each Transformer: A) The Upper And Lower Voltage Windings May Be Made Of Aluminum, B) Metal Elements Should Be Protected Against Corrosion By Painting With Primer And Then Topcoat, C) Changing The Hooks On The Lv Side In The Unattached State Voltage Should Be Possible By Means Of Regulatory Taps And The Use Of Screw Connectors. D) Earthing Terminals Should Be Installed On The Chassis, E) Transport Handles Should Enable Pulling And Lifting As Well As Securing The Transformer During Transport And Enable Efficient Performance Of Reloading Work, F) The Chassis Should Made With Smooth Wheels With A Wheel Spacing Of 750 Mm, All Wheels Equipped With Anti-Vibration Pads.
