Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Diesel Oil For The Needs Of The Municipal Buildings And Services Administration In Kłodawa

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil (Depending On The Ambient Temperature [Period] Respectively: Summer And Winter), Meeting The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels According To Annex No. 3 - Diesel Oil Standard” Or, Respectively, “With Improved Low-Temperature Properties” (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1680, As Amended). 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Diesel Oil Of Quality And Parameters (Composition) Consistent With Legal Regulations, In Particular Those Corresponding To The Polish Standard Pn-En 590+A1:2017-06, Both For The Winter And Summer Periods. 3. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered To The Fuel Storage Tank Located On The Premises Of The Municipal Buildings And Services Administration In Kłodawa, Ul. Cegielniana 15 And Will Take Place Approximately 2 To 4 Times A Month. Each Time, The Contractor Will Deliver From Approximately 1,000 To A Maximum Of 2,500 Liters Of Diesel Oil (At A Reference Temperature Of 15 °C). Deliveries Will Be Made From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. The Ordering Party Reserves That During The Execution Of The Contract There May Be Months Without Ordering The Delivery Of Diesel Oil. 4. The Maximum Monthly Demand For Diesel Fuel Supplies Should Not Exceed 5,000 Liters. 5. Demand For Individual Deliveries Will Be Reported In Writing Or By E-Mail By The Ordering Partys Representative. 6. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered No Later Than 24 Hours From The Date And Time Of The Request By The Ordering Party. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order With Quality And Parameters (Composition) Consistent With Legal Provisions, In Particular Those Corresponding To The Polish Standard, Both For The Winter And Summer Periods. 8. For Each Delivery Of Diesel Oil That Is The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide A Document Regarding The Quality Of A Given Batch Of Fuel In The Original Or A Copy Certified As True To The Original (Quality Certificate). 9. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver Deliveries In A Road Tanker Equipped With A Pump Or Distributor That Meets All The Requirements Of Applicable Law Regarding Road Tankers (Vehicles For Transporting Liquid Fuels). The Vehicle Used To Deliver Diesel Oil Should Be Equipped With Certified Measuring Devices Measuring The Amount Of Fuel Discharged Into The Storage Tank. 10. With Each Delivery Of Diesel Oil, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Computer Printout From The Tank Trucks Measuring Device, Containing At Least The Following Data: Delivery Date, Volume Of Diesel Oil At A Reference Temperature Of 15 °C, Volume Of Diesel Oil At The Actual Ambient Temperature Measured At The Time Of Diesel Fuel Deliveries. 11. Before Starting The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present: A List Of Tank Trucks With Which He Will Carry Out Deliveries, With A Certificate Confirming That The Tank Trucks Are Equipped With Devices That Prevent Tanks From Overflowing. 12. Tanker Trucks Used By The Contractor Should Have A Certificate Authorizing The Transport Of Diesel Oil. 13. Fuel Collection Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Representative And The Tanker Driver. 14. When Accepting The Delivery Of Diesel Oil, The Contractor Is Obliged To Connect The Hose To The Filler Cap Of The Tank Indicated By The Ordering Partys Employee. During Unloading, The Pump Can Only Be Turned On When The Hose Outlet Is Blocked. After Completing The Above-Mentioned Activities And No Objections From The Ordering Partys Employee, The Diesel Oil Is Drained Into The Tank. 15. Under The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Quantitatively Reduce The Quantity Of Diesel Oil Ordered, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 16. For Settlement Purposes, The Ordering Party Will Assume The Density Of Diesel Oil At A Reference Temperature Of 15°C. 17. The Prices Of The Delivered Diesel Oil Will Be Determined Each Time In Relation To The Wholesale Prices Of The Orlen Oil Company On The Delivery Date, Less The Discount (Discount) Offered By The Contractor. The Prices Referred To In The Previous Sentence Are Available On The Orlen Concern Website. To Calculate The Offer Price, The Average Price Of The Orlen Concern As Of February 1, 2024 Should Be Assumed. 18. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Its Business Activities For The Entire Duration Of The Contract In An Amount Not Less Than Pln 500,000.00 (In Words : Five Hundred Thousand Pln 00/100).
