The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Documentation Does Not Contain Any Reference To Any Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Contractor. If, Despite Verification Of The Documentation, Such A Marking Remains In The Content Or In The Drawing, They Should Be Treated As Reference Products That Can Be Replaced By Others With Equivalent Parameters, Even If The Term Or Equivalent Is Not Used. Any Trade Names Used In The Design Documentation Would Constitute A Definition Of A Standard Or A Product Type, And Not As A Request For Contractors To Offer Materials And Devices Offered By Specific Manufacturers. Equivalent Materials And Devices Will Be Those That Have No Worse Or Better Features Or Parameters And Perform Similar Functions Or Are Made Of Materials With Similar Characteristics, Durability And Strength. If The Contractor Finds That The Parameters Or Standards Used In The Swz And In The Annex To The Swz National Or Translating To European Or International Standards May Indicate The Producers Of Products Or Their Sources Of Origin, This Means That The Technical Parameters Of Such Indicated Products Determine The Minimum Expectations Required By The Ordering Party As To The Quality Of The Products To Be Used To Manufacture The Item. Contracts. The Contractor Is Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Means Those With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Standards Used In The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz. It Is Also Allowed To Demonstrate Equivalence With Standards Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation And Stwior And By Using Materials Corresponding To A Given Standard.
