1. The Order Covers The Implementation Of An Investment Titled: Construction Of Tanks For Storing Drinking Water At Water Treatment Stations In The Iława Commune, In The Design And Build Formula. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including The Construction Design And Technical Design With Detailed Detailed Design, Bills Of Quantities, Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications, Prepared On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Annex No. 8), Which Constitutes A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Obtaining A Valid Building Permit/Certificate Of Accepting The Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works (If Applicable). 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Together With All Other Accompanying Works And Obtaining By The Contractor An Unconditional Permit To Use The Facility In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose And/Or A Certificate Of No Objection Issued Pursuant To Art. 54(2) Of The Construction Law Or Issued At The Request Of The Contractor After The Expiry Of The Deadline For Submitting An Objection, Issued By The District Construction Supervision Inspector In The Scope Of The Order And Performing Authors Supervision At The Construction Site During The Implementation Of The Task. The Order Includes Ensuring The Continuity Of Supplies Of Water Intended For Consumption During The Execution Of The Order.
