1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New High-Speed Radial Blower With Air Bearings, Including Assembly And Commissioning At The Gwda Sewage Treatment Plant In Piła.2. Terms And Scope Of The Order: 2.1. Under This Order, The Contractor Will Deliver, Install And Commission A New Radial Blower In The Existing Blower Building, Without Rebuilding It, After Removing The Roots Displacement Blower Which Is Subject To Replacement. The Dismantling Of The Old Blower Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 2.2. Basic Parameters Of The Radial Blower: A) Maximum Blower Flow Qmax = In The Range Of 4000 - 4400 M3/H At ∆P = 60 Kpa; B) Minimum Blower Flow: Qmin >= 1500 M3/H, ∆P = 60 Kpa; C) Rated Engine Power: P2 < 80 Kw;D) Maximum Noise Level <= 80 Db;E) Weight: < 800 Kg.2.3. The Blower Must Be New And Unused.2.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Prototype Devices.3. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged, During The Warranty Period, To Provide Free Service And Technical Inspections Of The Blower In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Devices Operating Manual. The Costs Of Replacing Parts Subject To Wear And Tear, Which Should Result From The Devices Operating Instructions, Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party. 4. The Estimated Annual Number Of Operating Hours Of The Machine Is 3500H/Year.5. The Contractor Will Provide A Mobile Service That Will Perform Warranty And Technical Inspections At The Ordering Partys Premises Throughout The Entire Warranty Period. All Costs Related To Providing The Service (Including Travel, Costs Of Possible Accommodation, Labor) Will Be Covered By The Contractor.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Other Technical Parameters Of The Blower, The Scope Of Tasks Necessary To Be Performed Under This Order Is Included In The Technical Specification, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
