Description Of The Existing Conditionthe District Road In Kamień Is A Through Road With A Road Cross-Section With Roadsides On Both Sides. It Is Located In An Undeveloped Area, On The Left Side Directly Adjacent To The Road Of The S7 National Road. On The Right Side Of The Entire Planned Reconstruction, There Are Fields, Meadows And A Small Water Reservoir. Bituminous Road Surface, 6.0 M Wide, In Good Technical Condition, Dirt Shoulders On Both Sides, 0.75 M Wide. On The Section Planned For Reconstruction, The District Road Has One Intersection With A Paved Municipal Road. There Is Technical Infrastructure In The Road Area. Attachment No. 1 Shows The Route Of The Road To Be Designed.2. Assumptions For Design2.1. Design Data: 2.1.1 As Part Of The Reconstruction, A Pedestrian Sidewalk Should Be Designed Located Directly Next To The Road, Separated From The Road Edge By A Light Curb Placed On A Concrete Footing. From The Outside, There Is A Concrete Rim With A Thickness Of 8Cm Placed On A Concrete Bench. Planned Width Of The Sidewalk - Minimum In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Sidewalk Surface Is Made Of Gray Paving Stones, The Surface Of Exits Is Made Of Graphite Paving Stones. Road Drainage Should Be Designed Within The Road Area. 2.1.2 Road Drainage:1. The Bill Of Quantities Should Take Into Account The Maximum Possible Consolidation Of Individual Construction Works. The Investors Cost Estimate Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure, Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On Determining The Methods And Basis For Preparing The Investors Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program.2.7 Water Law Report (About If Necessary) For The Designed Drainage Should Be Performed In Accordance With Art. 408 Of The Act Of July 20, 2017 - Water Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2625) And Obtain A Water Permit For Specific Use Of Water. The Water Law Report Should Be Prepared In A Descriptive And Graphic Form, As Well As On It Data Carriers As A Text Document, And The Graphic Part Of The Report Should Be Prepared In The Form Of Raster Files (Pdf) Or Files In The Vector Spatial Data Format, Mapped In One Of The Applicable Geodetic Coordinate Systems. It Must Contain All The Necessary Elements Specified Above. The Act And The Implementing Acts Issued On This Basis - If It Is Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.2.8 The Decision To Exclude Agricultural Land Intended For Roads From Agricultural Production - If It Is Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.2.9 The Design Documentation Should Meet All The Requirements Needed For Effective Notification Construction Works Or Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit.2.10 When Developing The Project, The Contractor Agrees On The Project On An Ongoing Basis And Informs The Ordering Party About The Progress Of The Work. Before The Contractor Submits The Project To The District Office, The Employers Approval Must Be Obtained.3. Scope Of The Study.3.1. A Set Of Design Documentation In Accordance With Current Legal Requirements For Reporting Construction Works Or Obtaining A Building Permit, I.E. • Appropriate Sketches Or Drawings, As Well As Permits, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Separate Regulations; • Updated Map For Design Purposes - According To Design Needs; • Specification Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bioz Information;• Bill Of Quantities;• Investors Cost Estimate;• Agreeing The Project With Network Administrators And Road Managers• Before Preparing The Documentation, Boundaries Should Be Indicated;• Reconstruction Or Protection Of Devices And Networks That Conflict With The Reconstruction In Question Should Be Designed Roads.• Certificate Of The Design Authors Of Belonging To The Appropriate Trade Chamber And The Designers Declaration That The Design Was Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Construction Knowledge;• Any Other Documents If Necessary For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, E.G. An Extract From The Land Register, Geological Research, Decision On The Exclusion From Agricultural Production Of Agricultural Land Occupied For The Road, Note: The Costs Of Obtaining A Map (A Current Situational And Elevation Map For Design Purposes), Arrangements (Including Zud), And Other Materials Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Be Included In The Offer Price.3.2. The Documentation Must Be Prepared In 4 Copies In Paper Form And One Copy In Electronic Form.
