Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for the Development and Integration of a Compliance Framework for Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF). The purpose of this consultancy is to formiiate a Compliance Strategy supported by a Compkance Framework to indude Anfi-Money Laundering and Know Your Client, being embedded and integrated into the Strategic PI an rang and day-to-day management processes of the JSIF. Therefore providing an overarching strategy operationalized through the framework for the poiides. procedixes. structixes and loots that are aimed at identifying and managing the JSIFs compliance obligations. It is expected that the framework woud improve the JSIFs systems and operations, improve staff confidence, increase employee productivity and retention and rrafcgate punishment as a result of violations. The Compliance Framework including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your CSent (KYC), is to ensure the strateges. practices and sfcils necessary to establish and apply the Compiance Framework is insdtutionaiized and embedded within the management structures of the JSIF and all its departments The Framework w* ensure the JSIF is applying the Compliance Strategy and fulfilkng legal requirements under the various pieces legislation and their regiiatons. including Anti-Money Laundering laws and ensixing that employees at all levels are responsible for and are an integral part of the Compiance Framework process.
