Corrigendum - Tenders Are Invited For Travel Agency

Tenders are invited for Travel Agency. Please provide your quotation for the provision of the Service mentioned below. INTERSOS will conduct an evaluation based on the best value for money, including, but not limited to, quality, delivery time, and price. INTERSOS will sign a 1-year Framework Agreement (FWA) with the selected supplier with the possibility of extension. The FWA will not obligate INTERSOS to request the service from the selected supplier. Based on the needs, a contract (Purchase Order) will be issued to confirm the requested service from the supplier. By providing your offer, through signing and stamping this document and/or responding in your format, you agree to the following terms and conditions This RFQ is not a financial commitment. 1. The amounts mentioned herein are only an estimation. INTERSOS may request more or less quantities depending on the actual needs as identified during the FWA period. 2. The validity of the quotation is 12 months. 3. The payment method will be after the reception and acceptance of the goods from the supplier. Within 7-10 working days, after receiving the invoice from the supplier. 4. Delivery of goods shall not exceed 2 days after the confirmation from INTERSOS. INTERSOS may reasonably alter this condition at the time of the contract and in agreement with the selected supplier. If the supplier does not agree with this lead time, the offer must clearly state that with an alternative lead time.
