Tenders are invited for Renovation of 16 Labs in 4 Provinces (Takeo, Kandal, Kampot and Kep). Average Annual Construction Turnover The average annual volume of construction work of the successful bidder over the last three (3) years (2020, 2021 and 2022) shall be at least: Lot 3: USD 721,000.00 Specific Similar Experience: Experience as prime contractor in the construction of at least 2 Contracts experience for works of similar nature and complexity equivalent to the Works with value of at least as shown below, within the last 5 years and which have been successfully and completed: Lot 3: USD 288,000.00 Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of liquid assets (measured in terms of cash in bank and/or credit facilities) of the successful bidder shall be: Lot 3: USD 180,000.00 Tender Link : http://www.cdcmoh.gov.kh/health-security-project/procurement
