The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Buildings Facade And Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor, Together With Works Accompanying The Renovation Of The Former School Building. The Works To Be Performed Include: Renovation Of The Façade: Works Consisting In Removing The Plaster, Cleaning The Façade, Rebuilding Cracks In The Walls And Re-Vaulting Arched Openings. Windows And Doors, Completing Brick Window Sills, Cornices Above Plinths, Pointing Walls With Cement Mortar. - Lime, Abrasive Cleaning Of The Plinths, Filling In The Joints Of The Stone Walls Of The Plinths. Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor: Dismantling Of Soffits, Dismantling Of Partition Walls, Dismantling Of Sub-Floors, Removal Of Insulating Ballast Made Of Clay With Chaff, Cleaning And Removing Mold From Logs And Square Timbers, Leveling Floors , Insulating The Ceiling With Mineral Wool, Supplementing The Floors With Boards, Making Floors With Osb Boards, Removing And Disposing Of Demolition Materials. The Building Is Listed In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Task Also Includes The Construction And Installation Of 1 Information Board In Accordance With The Description In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Construction Documentation Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
