The Subject Of The Order Includes A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E), I.E. Delivery Together With Transmission Services Via The Distribution Network Of Polska Sp ka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. High-Methane Gas (Group E) And Nitrogen-Rich Gas Should Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day To The Transmission And Reception Points Indicated In The List Of Consumption Points (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Owned By The Ordering Party, With The Network Gas System Of The System Operator. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Quality Standards Of The Ordering Partys Service - Gas Supply And Transmission - In Accordance With The Applicable Energy Law Provisions. The Ordering Party Determines The Possible Deviation Of The Volume In Relation To The Basic Demand At A Maximum Level Of +/- 20%.6. In Order To Determine The Forecast Gas Consumption In Kwh, The Conversion Factor (11.1) Was Adopted For The Estimated Amount Of 150,189 M3.7. The Forecast Consumption Of Gas Fuel Referred To In Points 4 And 5 Is Indicative - It Was Prepared On The Basis Of Historical Data From Previous Years. The Forecast Is Used To Compare Submitted Offers And Under No Circumstances Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase The Specified Quantity. The Actual Amount Of Gas Fuel Delivered Will Result From The Current Readings Of The Measurement Systems At Each Consumption Point And May Increase Or Decrease Depending On The Actual Consumption. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel. The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Quantities Actually Collected.8.
