The Order Includes The Construction Of A Village Community Center With Technical Infrastructure: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Gas, Electricity And External Lighting, As Well As Water And Sewage Connections On Plots No. 29, 31 And 32, Ulkowy Precinct. A Single-Story Building Should Be Built, Consisting Of A Ground Floor And An Attic Covered With A Gable Roof. The Facility Should Be Constructed Using Traditional Brick Technology, With A Foundation On Nailed Piles, A Reinforced Concrete Ceiling And A Wooden Roof Truss Covered With Ceramic Roof Tiles. The External Walls Are Made Of Aerated Concrete Blocks Insulated With Polystyrene. The Buildings Volume Is Approximately 1,168 M³. The Works To Be Performed Include: Construction Of Foundations, Walls, Horizontal Partitions, Roof, Roof Covering, External And Internal Plasters, Joinery, Thermal Insulation, Damp-Proof Insulation Of Foundations, Floors And Ceilings, Windproof Insulation, Sheet Metal Work, Chimney And Ventilation Ducts, Facades, Finishing Works, Including Walls And Floors. As Part Of Land Development, The Following Should Be Done: Reconstruction Of The Existing Communication System, Designation Of A Solid Waste Collection Site, Construction Of Parking Spaces And Field Stairs In Front Of The Main Entrance To The Building.
