The Use Of A Label In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Or Equivalent Label Specified By The Contracting Authority, The Contracting Authority, Within The Time Limit Set By Itself, Accepts Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Construction Works , Deliveries Or Services To Be Performed By Him Meet The Requirements Of A Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Use In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract Of The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or A Report On Tests Carried Out By This Body As Evidence Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Features Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Offer Evaluation Criteria Or The Terms Of Contract Execution Means That The Contracting Authority Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies.
