Expression of Interest are invited for Water Resources Management Information System (Wrmis). The main objective of the consultancy is to design, develop a robust, user friendly, versatile and secure water resources management information system that will manage the groundwater, surface water, water quality and water permits data in Malawi 0 SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES 1. To review the existing databases and data collecting tools, platforms and their transmission systems. 2. To upgrade the permit database with water allocation module 3. To procure, install and operationalize a secure WRMIS with varying levels of accessibility 4.
