Expression of Interest are invited for Advancing Social Accountability in Climate Actions in Cambodia The study aims to understand and advance mechanisms for social accountability in local climate resilience planning and implementation, by: · Examining existing mechanisms for social accountability and public participation in climate policy and local development planning in Cambodia. · Assessing knowledge and capacity gaps among communities and local governments (i.e., communes/sangkat councils) to engage effectively in climate resilience planning. · Identifying entry points, best practices, and innovative approaches and provide concrete policy and programmatic recommendations for strengthening social accountability mechanisms in local climate actions in Cambodia.
