Purpose Of Procurementpursuant To The State Purchasing Act (Official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (Erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provideusg Budget And Financial Reporting Solutionto The Board Of Regents Of Theuniversity System Of Georgia (Usg)(The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp.The University System Of Georgia (Usg) Is Seeking An Application To Support The Consolidation And Reporting Of Data From Five Different Financial Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Platforms. The Solution For Which This Erfp Is Being Issued Is Not Intended As A Replacement Of The Financial Erp Software Currently In Use By Usg Institutions (Primarily Peoplesoft Financials And One Instance Of Workday). The Erfp Solicits A Solution To Provide Near-Real Time Insights Into A Series Of Financial Metrics, Utilizing A Defined Set Of Data Sourced From The Financial Erps.
