Tenders are invited for Design and Delivery of a Capacity Building Program on Investment Readiness and Business Development The Project has been designed by IFC as part of an intervention which seeks to increase the capacity of Somali private sector operators in the Energy and ICT sectors to attract commercial investment. Somalia has a vibrant private sector, but despite significant opportunity and entrepreneurial skills, institutional investors are challenged by the low number of operators that are investment ready. The intervention is in the form of a training program called Sector-level awareness raising and capacity building for skills development which will be made available to a broad range of operators in the ICT and Energy sectors and will be delivered through a mixture of classroom, online training and coaching and technical component-specific issues within each of the two sectors.
