Feb 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 2000 to 3000 (USD) Duration of Contract: N/A The scope of work The goal is to hire the following: An interior design consultant will be responsible for visualizing and sketching design plans, consult on sourcing products and materials, determining costs, and inspecting completion to ensure alignment with design specifications. The interior designer hired for this project is expected to demonstrate a high level of creativity in terms of space utilization, color schemes, and movement. The designer will be responsible for creating simple yet charming designs for various indoor areas such as guest houses, conference rooms, and restaurants. Additionally, the designer will be required to submit drawings for outdoor restaurant terraces, swimming pools, and bungalows. Effective communication skills are crucial for this role, as the designer will need to be able to persuade and communicate design ideas effectively. The Architect shall provide services in respect of the following works: Taking instructions from the client/interior designer and preparing a design brief. Design and site development. Sanitary, plumbing, drainage, water supply, and sewerage design. Electrical, electronic, and communication systems and design. Fire detection, Fire protection Security systems etc. If required. Periodic inspection and evaluation of Construction works. If required.
