The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Reconstruction Of The Market Square Consisting Of Replacing The Surface With Construction Layers, Rebuilding Part Of The Existing Networks, Adjusting Manholes And Manholes, Making A Connection, A Service Channel And Lighting Along With Monitoring.2. The Order Should Be Made On The Basis Of: A. Construction And Executive Design With Changes Regarding The Scope In Accordance With The Attached Map Of Changes: • Reduced Scope Of Central Heating. 80 Meters Should Be Constructed Out Of The 112 Meters Assumed In The Project; • In The Project For The Renovation Of The Central Heating System. Dn200 Pipes Were Used - Dn 150 Pipes Should Be Used In Accordance With The Solutions Adopted In The Bill Of Quantities For The Construction Of Central Heating • Without Performing 14 Meters Of Reconstruction Of The Water Pipeline; B. Technical Documentation Of Pe Dn63 And 32 Water Pipeline Connections With A Total Length Of 114 Meters To The Pavilions Located On The Square; C. Bill Of Quantities And Drawings Regarding The Implementation Of Lighting And Monitoring Along With A Technological Duct For The Execution Of Which The Ordering Party Will Obtain A Notification Of Works On Its Own. The Electrical Drawing Also Shows Lamps, Monitoring And Kt, Which Are Part Of The Second Stage Of Parking Lot Reconstruction. The Scope Of This Task, In Accordance With The Attached Bill Of Quantities, Is: The Entire Installation Within The Square And The Passage Under The Municipal Road With A Drilling, I.E. From Sk1/1 To Sk1/6 Inclusive. D. Bill Of Quantities For The Renovation Of The Existing Linear Drainage Of The Square Area, 54 M Long, Located Within The Square.3. As Part Of The Task, Six Prefabricated Shelters Must Be Purchased And Installed On The Ground Of The Square Made Of Concrete Cubes (Before Purchasing The Shelter, The Approval Of The Selected Form Must Be Obtained From The Ordering Party); Shelter Dimensions: Length 240 – 260 Cm, Depth 195-210 Cm, Height 240 – 270 Cm; Form: Without Walls, With A Light-Transmitting Roof Made Of Cellular Polycarbonate, Min.: 10 Mm, And With A Steel Structure Made Of Powder-Coated Profiles, Min.: 80X80 Mm (Color To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party).4. The Ordering Party Allows Including In The Offer And Then Using Materials And Devices Other Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In This Order. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Confirming That These Materials And Devices Correspond To Those Described By The Ordering Party. 5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes An Indication Of Trademarks Or Origin, The Ordering Party Informs That This Provision Is Only A Definition Of Minimum Parameters And Constitutes An Indication For The Contractor What Features The Materials Or Devices Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Have. The Ordering Party Allows The Order To Be Completed By Using Equivalent Materials Or Devices. The Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Materials Or Devices Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That They Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.6. The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows For Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Construction Works He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Equivalence Should Be Demonstrated, In Particular, By Means Of The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104 - 107 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes A Provision Resulting From Knr Or Knnr Indicating The Need To Use Specific Equipment With Specific Parameters In The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Other Equipment Provided That It Will Ensure The Achievement Of The Assumed Design Parameters And Will Not Cause The Risk Of Non-Compliance Of The Work Performed With The Design Documentation. 8. The Order In Question Takes Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide And Install An Information Board Containing The Word Marking Of The Program And The Polish Order Logo, In Accordance With § 2 Point 1 Of The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or From State Earmarked Funds (Journal Of Laws, Item 953).10. Public Procurement Co-Financed By The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program. The Contract Will Be Concluded With The Selected Contractor No Earlier Than After The Ordering Party Receives The Promises From The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program For The Task Being The Subject Of The Order.11. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure If The Public Funds It Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Are Not Awarded To It. Additional Requirements: 12. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Conduct An On-Site Inspection Before Preparing The Offer, Provided That The Preparation Of The Offer Is Possible Without An On-Site Inspection. 13. Together With The Swz, The Ordering Party Provides All Documentation Necessary To Complete The Order, Therefore It Is Not Possible Or Necessary For The Contractor To Check It At The Ordering Partys Office. 14. Required Warranty Period And Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Construction Works And Materials Used For These Works - Min. 48 Months And Max. 60 Months. The Guarantee And Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Construction Works, Confirmed By The Final Acceptance Protocol.
