The Principal, Blackall-Tambo Regional Council, Invites Tenders From Suitably Qualified Parties For The Supply Of A Flood Study For Blackall And Tambo Through The Flood Risk And Management Plan Jointly Funded By The Australian And Queensland Government Managed By Queensland Reconstruction Authority (Qra). A Comprehensive Flood Study Will Entail Data Collection, Site Visits, As Well As Hydrological And Hydraulic Modelling. Qra Will Conduct A Minimum Of Three Peer Review Points To Ensure The Deliverables Are Aligned With Industry Standards. Details Of The Project Requirements Can Be Found In Part 4 – The Proposed Contract Of This Document.This Flood Study Will Be Used To Develop The Blackall Community Based Action Plan. It Is Encouraged That The Consultant For The Blackall And Tambo Flood Study Collaborates With The Consultant For The Blackall Community Based Action Plan To Deliver The Flood Risk And Management Plan Project.
