This strategy fully encompasses ACCs Injury Prevention Theory of Change, Manini Tua, to achieve our vision of mokopuna ora and safe and inclusive communities. This work also reflects ACCs commitment to Te Aorerekura (The National Strategy to Eliminate Family Violence and Sexual Violence). As part of Phase 1 of the workforce development programme of work, ACC will be approaching the market for a sexual violence primary prevention consultant/s who can support the following actions: Learning and development for the Primary Prevention Practitioners initiative through workshops and online learning loops Mapping stakeholders and designing the engagement approach for Phase 2 of the Family Violence and Sexual Violence Primary Prevention Workforce Strategy (in partnership with the Prevention Workforce Lead) Designing and supporting the implementation of a communication plan to socialise the aspirations and intent behind the Family Violence and Sexual Violence Primary Prevention Strategy (in partnership with the Prevention Workforce Lead) We do not want long term provision of learning and development services beyond that needed for the Primary Prevention Practitioners initiative, nor do we want the provision of existing primary prevention learning and development products. We are also not yet procuring for the implementation of Phase 2 of the Family Violence and Sexual Violence Primary Prevention Workforce Strategy. Phase 2 involvement will be commissioned through an open tender process, though a suppliers involvement in Phase 1 will not preclude them from Phase 2 involvement. ACC is looking for an innovative sexual violence primary prevention expert/s that has the capacity, capability and experience in workforce development with diverse groups and in diverse settings. They need to have a strong demonstrable commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, strong and demonstrated understanding of the drivers of violence and protective factors that prevent sexual violence (including child sexual abuse), a systems change approach to workforce development, as well as strong networks and relationships across the family violence and/or sexual violence primary prevention sector and diverse settings in which primary prevention occurs Tender Link : https://www.gets.govt.nz/ACC/ExternalTenderDetails.htm?id=28747289
