The service requirements will include all general building work (including some demolition), together with mechanical (HVAC), hydraulic, and electrical installation services. The project has a tight timeframe with the contract works to be completed by the end of March 2024 (or as soon as practical thereafter). There will be a site visit at Palmerston North Hospital at 11:00 am on Wednesday, 7 February 2024. Details of the agenda and protocols for the visit will be poosted via an Addendum.
