These include the curved roof in the hall, fibre cement wall cladding in both buildings, and corrugated profiled metal cladding in the hall and the metal roofs in the library. The Board of Trustees of Waterlea School is looking for a main contractor to rectify these identified defects. The intent is to phase out the remediation works, completing the remediation to one building first before proceeding with the next.
