The Municipality Of Victoria Requires Renting A Tent Which Must Be Installed And Subsequently Removed, As Well As Folding Tables And Chairs For The Activities To Celebrate The Costumbrista Fair, Which Will Take Place On February 23, 24 And 25 Of This Year, From 10:00 In The Morning Until Approximately 00:00 At Night. The Tents Will Necessarily Be Used As A Gastronomy Stand, A Craft Stand, A Food Court, And A Dressing Room For The Artists. The Activity Will Take Place At The Military Facility, Located On Avda. Ohiggins Corner Chacabuco, In The Commune Of Victoria. Bidders Must Include In Their Offer The Dispatch, Assembly, Installation And Disassembly Of The Tents, Have Permanent Staff On The Days That The Event Will Take Place, To Take Care Of The Tents And Furniture In The Event Of Any Emergency That Arises, Whether Climatic Or Otherwise. The Municipality Of Victoria May Change The Date On Which The Activity Will Be Carried Out In Response To External Factors That Make It Difficult Or Impossible To Carry Out, Such As Climatic Or Other Situations, A Fact That Will Be Notified To The Company, Formally, By Email, With Due Advance Notice. The Delivery Of The Land For The Start Of Work Will Be On Monday, February 12, 2024. The Municipality Will Not Be Responsible For Any Situation Beyond Its Administration That Could Hinder The Normal Development Of The Activity Or Its Start-Up. The Supplier Must Have Personnel From His Company, Who Is In Charge Of The Care Of All Infrastructure Or Equipment That Is Being Used In Any Activity, These Personnel Must Be Present Throughout The Day In Which The Activity Is Carried Out. The Municipality Of Victoria Will Not Be Responsible For Any Extra Costs Due To Theft, Theft, Deterioration Of Any Kind, Etc., It Will Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Supplier To Assume The Costs Of These Losses. The Supplier Must Have Personnel, Who Are Present Throughout The Activity, To Whom The Municipality May Appeal In The Event That Some Unforeseen Event Or Eventuality Occurs During The Day That Must Be Resolved.
