The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Construction Of New Roads And Reconstruction Of Existing Access Roads To Agricultural And Forest Land Implemented As Part Of The Operation Entitled: Consolidation Of Agricultural Land In The Village Of Winowno, Koziegłowy Commune, Myszkowski County Implemented Under The Sub-Measure Support For Investments Related To The Development, Modernization And Adaptation Of Agriculture And Forestry Covered By The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020, In The Design And Build Formula.1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Attached Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 1.3. The Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into Two Stages, Described In Detail In The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.1.4. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee Of The Quality Of Workmanship Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Works Performed (Including Materials And Equipment) For A Period Of Min. 36 Months.
