The Subject Is Construction Works With A Length Of Approx. 270 Meters On A Plot With Registration Number 32 In The Wymysłowo-Stawiska Geodetic District, Which Includes, Among Others: : - Roadway; - Exits; - Sides; - Complementary Works; - Preparation And Obtaining Approval Of Temporal Traffic Organization; - Providing Geodesigning Services And Performing A Post-Constructed Geodetic Inventory 5. The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Awarding A Contract, Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Event Of Awarding, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract, To The Existing Contractor Of Construction Works, An Order Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services, If Such An Order Was Provided For In The Contract Notice For The Basic Contract And Is Consistent With Its Subject Matter, And The Total Value Of This Order Will Not Exceed 20% Of The Value Of The Basic Order.6. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Tor, Bill Of Quantities And Bid Cost Estimate. The Subject Of The Order May Be Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order. In A Sufficiently Precise And Comprehensible Manner And Such Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.7. If The Documentation Provided Indicates, In Relation To Materials Or Devices Or Solutions, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor, Then In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Each Time To Offer Materials Or Devices Or Equivalent Solutions. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Performance Characteristics Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In The Tender Documentation, And In The Absence Of Such Requirements, In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Manufacturer/Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. By Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Each Time Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Each Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Obtain The Opinion Of The Documentation Designer Regarding The Equivalence Of The Material Or Device Or Solution Proposed By The Contractor. If The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Are Different Than Those Described In The Documentation, The Obligation To Prove That They Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Documentation Rests With The Contractor. 8. Final Remarksa) The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice And Polish Standards. B) The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract From Its Own Materials.C) The Materials Used Should Meet The Requirements Of The Construction Law And Be In Compliance With Polish Standards Or Technical Approvals.D) The Value Of The Materials Used To Implement The Investment Is Included In The Price Of The Contract.E) Detailed Scope And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Swz And The Attached Bills Of Quantities And Offer Cost Estimates. F) The Contractor Selected In The Tender Procedure Will Submit An Offer Cost Estimate To The Ordering Party No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract.
