Tenders Are Invited For Current Partial Renovations Using Hot Mineral And Bituminous Mass In The City Of Darłowo

The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To Partial Renovations Using Hot-Applied Mineral-Bituminous Mass And Surface Consolidation With Asphalt Emulsion And Stone Grit Of The Edges Of Repaired Defects On The Surface Of Bituminous Roads In The City Of Darłowo. Renovations Are Planned To Be Carried Out Using The Following Technology: • Cutting Out The Damaged Areas With A Circular Saw Into A Regular Shape, One Or More Rectangles (Depending On The Extent Of The Damage), The Cutting Depth Must Include All Damaged Layers Of The Surface, • Cleaning The Cut Areas From Loose, Unbound Parts Of The Bituminous Surface And Other Contaminants, • Sprinkling The Edges Of The Defect With A 65% Fast-Disintegrating Cationic Asphalt Emulsion In The Amount Of 0.80 Kg/M2, • Filling The Defects With A Hot Mineral-Bituminous Mixture With Mechanical Compaction Using A Roller Or A Compactor Ensuring Appropriate Compaction, • The Difference Between The Repaired Pavement Surface ( After Laying And Compacting) And The Adjacent Surfaces Of The Existing Surface Should Not Exceed 3 Mm, • Sprinkling (Pouring) With Asphalt Emulsion And Backfilling With Stone Grit With A Fraction Of 5-8 Mm Along The Edges Of The Repaired Defects, • The Obtained Bituminous Rubble, Rubble And Other Waste Materials Should Be Transported At The Contractors Expense. The Waste Materials Referred To In The Previous Sentence Are The Property Of The Contractor. Estimated Amount Of Mass For Installation: Approximately 72 Tons. The Number Of Works Covered By This Order Is Indicative, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Commission Works To A Smaller Or Greater Extent, Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Limiting The Scope Of The Order To 50% Of The Above Value. The Work Site Should Be Marked And Secured In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And After Completion Of The Work, The Work Area Should Be Tidied Up. Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
