1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Concerning The Reconstruction Of Hygiene And Sanitary Rooms In Order To Adapt Them To The Needs Of Disabled People At Primary School No. 1. Major Henryk Sucharski In Rypin At Ul. 3 Maja 3.2. As Part Of The Reconstruction And Adaptation Of Bathrooms To The Needs Of Disabled People While Maintaining Generally Accessible Bathrooms, It Is Planned To Perform The Following Works: 1) Dismantling Existing Doors And Enlarging Door Openings In Load-Bearing Walls In Order To Adapt Their Width To The Needs Of People In Wheelchairs,2 ) Demolition Of The Existing Partition Walls Separating The Current Sanitary Facilities And Construction Of Partition Walls In A New Arrangement Ensuring The Location Of An Additional Toilet For A Disabled Person, Including: A) In The Womens Bathroom, Construction Of Brick Partition Walls Covering The Entire Height Of The Room, Separating The Vestibule And Individual Toilet Cabins; Planned Enlargement Of The Bathroom Using Part Of The Librarys Facilities, B) In The Mens Bathroom, Construction Of A Brick Partition Wall Covering The Entire Height Of The Room, Separating The Vestibule, And Construction Of System Walls Separating Individual Toilet Cabins, 3) Adapting The Electrical Installation Of Lighting, Central Heating. And Water And Sewage Systems To The New Layout Of The Rooms, 4) Removing The Existing Tiles On The Floor And Walls And Replacing Them With Anti-Slip Tiles, 5) In The Case Of Large Height Differences And Unevenness Resulting From Demolitions, Applying A New Self-Leveling Leveling Screed, 6) Installing The Wall Cladding Over The Entire Height Of The Room Ceramic Tiles Or Other Washable And Moisture-Resistant Material Approved For Use In Schools, 7) Installation Of A New Suspended Coffered Ceiling, 8) Adaptation Of Ventilation To The Current Technical Conditions, 9) Repair Of Any Damage Caused During The Work, 10) Installation Of Sanitary Utensils Compliant With Current Requirements, 11) Installation Of Handles And Handrails For The Disabled Within The Sanitary Facilities, 12) Installation Of New Entrance Doors (In The Lower Part Of The Door, Air Vents Of At Least 200 Cm2) Opening Outwards With A Door Closer, Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People (Without Thresholds , The Thickness Of The Door Cannot Reduce The Width Of The Opening In The Frame),13) Installation Of System Walls Separating Cabins. 3.
