Part No. 1 Audit 75- Tuchów, Ul. Podwale 14Ai. Thermal Modernization Of The Building - The Scope Of Thermal Modernization Works Will Be As Follows:1. Modernization Of The Boiler Room - Includes Adapting The Boiler Room (Dimensions Of The Existing Boiler Room - 2.59 X 3.42 M, Height 2.00 M) To Legal And Technical Requirements (Minimum Room Volume, Height, Air Supply, Ventilation, Fire Protection Conditions, Etc.). Due To The Fact That The Existing Boiler Room Does Not Meet Fire Requirements, Technical Doors Should Be Installed, Covered With Sheet Metal On Both Sides. 0.80X2.00, In Order To Separate The Staircase From The Existing Solid Fuel Boiler Room. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of An Energy Label In Accordance With The Erp Directive. For The Set: Boiler, Domestic Hot Water Tank, Along With The Necessary Automation To Optimize The Operation Of These Devices And To Train The User In The Operation Of The Boiler And The Heating System. The Scope Of Modernization Also Includes Sealing The Chimney With An Acid-Resistant Steel Pipe. The Ordering Party Does Not Have An Inventory Of The Existing Chimney To Which The Existing Solid Fuel Boiler Is Connected (Therefore, If During The Renovation Of The Boiler Room, After Dismantling The Old Boiler, As A Result Of An Inspection By A Chimney Sweeper Or Construction Manager, It Is Found That The Existing Chimney Flue Does Not Have The Appropriate Cross-Section For The Boiler Used, Required By The Manufacturer And Applicable Regulations, The Contractor Should Drill The Chimney Flue To The Appropriate Diameter Recommended By The Gas Boiler Manufacturer And Seal It With A Stainless Steel Pipe. Also In The Event Of A Finding (In The Form Of A Report Signed By A Chimney Sweeper Or Construction Manager And Approved By The Inspector Supervision) That The Existing Ventilation Chimney Duct Is Leaking, It Is Necessary To Seal The Chimney Duct Or Additionally Ventilate The Boiler Room. Additionally, In The Boiler Room, There Should Be An Air Supply To The Boiler Room With A Cross-Section Of At Least 250 Cm2, And An Exhaust Ventilation Grid With Minimum Dimensions Of 140X250 Mm Should Be Installed. The Contractors Responsibilities Will Also Include Performing All Tightness Tests Of The Constructed Or Modernized Internal Installations, And, If Necessary, Also Performing The Necessary Electrical Installation With A Power Socket For The Installed Gasification Boiler, Preparing Appropriate Acceptance Reports For The Installed Devices, And A Chimney Sweep Report Allowing The Boiler Room And Chimney Flues. For Use.2. Installation Of A Wood Gasification Boiler - The Scope Of Work Includes The Dismantling Of An Old Solid Fuel Boiler With A Capacity Of Approximately 12 Kw, Ogniwo - Biecz Type, And The Installation Of A New Steel Or Cast Iron Wood Gasification Boiler With Min. Power Of 10 Kw And Energy Class A+, Operating At A Temperature Of 80-90 Degrees, Equipped With A Weather-Controlled Central Heating Circuit. The Boiler Should Have An Exhaust Fan (Depending On The Model) And Automation That Controls The Combustion Process. A Solid Wood Gasification Boiler With A Humidity Of Up To 20% Should Be Used, Along With Protection Devices And A Control Panel Equipped With Circulation Pumps For The Boiler And Central Heating Installation. And Loading The Domestic Hot Water Capacity Heater, The Expansion Vessel Of The Open System, And The Accumulation Tank, Possibly Equipped With A Flow Coil For Heating Domestic Hot Water. Temperature Valve And 3-Way Mixing Valve. The Boiler Should Be Made In Class 5 Of Energy Efficiency And Emission According To The Pn-En 303-5 Standard, And In Accordance With The Eu Regulation Regarding The Ecodesign Certificate. Additionally, The Boiler Must Meet The Requirements Of Energy Efficiency Class A+ With The Ecodesign Certificate. The Thermal Technology Of The Boiler Room Should Consist Of The Following Circuits: - Boiler Circuit With A Mixing Pump And Temperature Valve, - Accumulation Tank (Buffer) With A Capacity Of Min. 500 Dm3 (The Buffer Capacity Should Also Be Adapted To The Requirements Of A Specific Boiler To Ensure Operational Compatibility), Acting As A Hydraulic Clutch And Allowing The Effective Operation Of The Boiler, - Heating Circuit With A Three-Way Mixing Valve (Weather-Controlled) For The Building, - Circuit Loading The Domestic Hot Water Tank. The Boiler Circuit Should Include The Following Devices: - Water Boiler - Mixing Pump - Return Protection Temperature Valve Of Min. 55 Degrees C. - Security Expansion Vessel With A Capacity Of Min. 50 L. The Mixer Circuit Should Include The Following Devices: - Mixer Circuit Pump, - Three-Way Valve With An Actuator, - Weather-Controlled Three-Way Valve Regulator - Sludge Filter. Boiler Operating Parameters Should Enable Achieving An Operating Temperature At The Boiler Outlet Of Not Less Than 80Oc And Not Exceeding 90O C, With An Operating Pressure Not Higher Than 2 Bar, And Adjust The Settings To The Thermal Powers Indicated Above (The Maximum Boiler Power Indicated By The Manufacturer May Be Higher When Adjusting The Settings To The Parameters Resulting From The Attached Energy Audit). 3. Modernization Of The Domestic Hot Water Installation – Necessary Hot Water Installation (Only Within The Boiler) Should Be Made Using Alupex/Pp Technology, Clamping Steel, Covered With Thermal Insulation Compliant With Pn Standard, Without The Need For Any Grooves In Walls And Ceilings. Connect The Wood Gasification Boiler To The Existing Domestic Hot Water Installation In The Boiler Room Without Making Additional Drilling Holes Through The Ceilings And Internal Walls (Additional Drilling Holes Through The Ceilings Of The Walls Should Only Be Made If There Is A Justified Need To Do So In Consultation With The Supervision Inspector). The Scope Of Modernization Works Also Includes The Removal Of Unnecessary Elements Of The Old Installation (Without Chiseling Out, Only By Plugging Them With The Wall Face And Filling The Gaps With Plaster) In Places Where The Installation Was Liquidated, Without Painting The Walls. 4. Installation Of Thermostatic Valves - Includes The Installation Of 8 New Thermostatic Valves On Existing Radiators.5. Installation Of A Hot Water Tank - A Hot Water Tank Should Be Installed. With A Capacity Of Min. 100 Dm3 With An Energy Class Not Worse Than B. The Boiler Should Be Connected To A New Domestic Hot Water Tank. And To The Existing Domestic Hot Water Installation, After Which The Installation Should Be Filled With Water, Or Alternatively, Installation Of A Domestic Hot Water Coil. In The Central Heating Buffer. Ii. Insulation Of The Ceiling Under An Unheated Attic - The Scope Of Work Includes Insulating The Existing Reinforced Concrete And Wooden Ceiling In An Unused Attic With Mineral Wool With An Area Of Approximately 129.47 M2, 22 Cm Thick With A Heat Transfer Coefficient (Λ = 0.035 [W/Mk]), As Well As Priming The Existing Formwork Surface With Fungicides, And Securing The Insulation With A Vapor-Tight And Vapor-Permeable Foil. Additionally, A Floor Made Of Osb Or Wooden Boards Placed On A Wooden Grid Should Be Made Over The Entire Insulation. Iii. Replacing The Existing External Doors On The Ground Floor, 1 Piece, With New Ones Includes Dismantling The Old, Worn-Out Existing Wooden Doors, Dimensions: 1.36 X 2.05 And Installation Of New Complete External Double Doors (0.45 + 0.90) X 2.05 With Sidelights, Equipped With Handles, At Least Three Hinges, As Well As Two Locks On The Ground Floor Of The Facility, Doors With A Penetration Coefficient Heat U=1,300 W/M2·K With A Total Area Of Approximately 2.95 M2.
