Street-Cleaning Services - Summer Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, Sidewalks, Passages, Squares And Parking Lots, As Well As Maintenance Of Green Areas On Roads And Areas Located In The Boguszów-Gorce Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Summer Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, Sidewalks, Passages And Squares And Parking Lots, As Well As Maintaining Green Areas On Roads And Local Areas In The Boguszów-Gorce Commune. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into Two Tasks: Task No. 1: Summer Maintenance Of Roads, Sidewalks, Passages, Squares And Parking Lots. Within The Contractors Responsibility For The Task Includes, Among Others: A) Mechanical Or Manual Sweeping Streets, B) Mechanical Or Manual Sweeping Of Paved Sidewalks, Passages And Squares And Parking Lots, C) Mowing The Roadsides Four Times In Accordance With The Schedule Prepared By The Ordering Party, D) Min. Washing Public Transport Stops Twice On Scheduled Dates Designated By The Ordering Party. Attention! Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Field Of Summer Maintenance Of Roads, Sidewalks, Passages, Squares And Parking Lots, Including Presents A List Of Streets, Their Lengths And The Standard And Sequence Of Their Maintenance Annex No. 1 To The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows For Modifications To Annex No. 1 In The Scope Changes In The Location Of Areas. If Conditions Arise During The Contract Period Weather Conditions Qualifying For Winter Maintenance Of Roads, Sidewalks, Passages And Squares And Parking Lots (Hereinafter Referred To As: Winter Conditions), The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Activities As For Winter Maintenance, In Accordance With Annex No. 1, With The Rate Unchanged Remuneration, Subject To The Provisions Of § 7 Section 19 Of The Agreement. In Case Of Occurrence Winter Conditions, The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular, To: A) Clear Snow Using The System Patrolling Roads According To Their Maintenance Standards, B) Combating Black Ice And Slipperiness Winter Using Chemicals (Nacl Or Cacl2, Mgcl2 Brines) And Material Roughening Agent In The Form Of Sand, C) Ensuring An Appropriate Amount Of Sand And Salt (Material, Transport, Warehousing And Storage) Necessary To Carry Out The Action Winter, D) Performing Other Activities That Prove Necessary For Proper Service Services, Including Ensuring Road Safety, E) Ensuring The Following Equipment: Agricultural Tractor With A Sand Spreader For Clearing Snow From Roads - 1 Piece, Cars - Sand And Salt Spreaders With A Plow With 4-Wheel Drive Min. 5M³ – 1 Piece, Agricultural Tractor With A Sand Spreader For Snow Removal Sidewalks – 2 Pcs. Task No. 2: Summer Maintenance Of Green Areas. Under Implementation The Contractors Tasks Include: A) Mowing Green Areas Four Times In Accordance With With The Schedule Prepared By The Ordering Party, Cleaning And Maintenance Of The Areas Green Areas, B) Daily Maintenance Of Cleanliness Around The Designated Areas For Collecting Municipal Waste, C) Regular Emptying Of Bins In The Commune Streets And Containers For Dog Excrement And Disposal Of Waste Collected As A Result Of The Implementation Order, For Disposal In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, D) Cleaning The City During And After Mass Events Organized By The Commune, After Prior Arrangement Of The Date With The Ordering Party, E) Raking And Removal Of The Collected Items Leaves For Disposal. Attention! If Conditions Arise During The Contract Period Atmospheric Conditions Qualifying For Winter Maintenance Of Green Areas. Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Activities As For Winter Maintenance With The Same Condition Remuneration Rate, Subject To The Provisions Of § 7 Section 19 Of The Agreement. Detailed Definition The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Maintenance Of Green Areas Is Presented In The Annex No. 2 To The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows For Modification Of Annex No. 2 In The Scope Of The Change Location Of Areas. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Subject Matter Contract And Annex No. 1 And Annex No. 2 To The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented During The Contractual Period In A Technologically Diversified Manner Depending On The Occurring Weather Conditions.
