I: Background And Purpose: The Danish Courts Agency (Dss) Offers A Contract For Application Maintenance, Further Development And Support Of The Dsi Applications, Which Consist Of Several Underlying It Systems And Associated Support Systems. The Dsi Applications Handle Judgment Processing Of The Types Penal, Probate And Civil. The Support Systems Ensure Integration With The Courts Other Systems And External Stakeholders. Dss Services Around 2,500 Users Internally In The Danish Courts, Including The Faroe Islands And Greenland, As Well As Many External Users, E.G. Lawyers And The Like Who Need To Access Legal Information Via The Services, Which Dss Makes Available. The Contract Includes Approx. 40 Applications, Including Subject Systems, Integrations, Software Packages And Support Systems, Etc., And These Are Both Standard And Self-Developed Systems, Cf. The Tender Documents Appendix 3. The Applications Covered Of The Contract Has Great Societal Criticality. Dss Wants, Among Other Things, Therefore To Achieve A Safe, Stable, Up-To-Date And Cost-Effective Delivery Of The Services. Ii: Main Services: The Offer Includes The Following Main Services: 1) Transition Ind, I.A. Implementation Of Safe And Stable Takeover Of The Services (Within A Limited Time), Including Project Management, Establishment Of A Transition Organisation, Taking Over Knowledge From The Ceding Supplier And Implementation Of Hypercare Period. 2) Ongoing Services - Application Maintenance, Among Other Things, Configuration, Patch, And Release And Deployment Management, Cf. Appendix 4.D (Operational Processes) - Support, I.A. Responsibility For Handling Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, User Administration, Cf. Appendix 4.D (Operational Processes), With In Order To Ensure High Accessibility For Users. 3) Ordering Services, I.A. Consulting And Further Development Services 4) Transversal Services, I.A. Timely, Clear, Correct Reporting And Documentation. 5) Transition Out And Other Termination Benefits, I.A. According To Repatriation And/Or Decommissioning, Upon Termination Of The Contract Or Upon Transfer To New Supplier.
